Lewben Art Foundation participating in WAF Regional Partnerships Symposium: Belgium 2023
The Lewben Art Foundation is participating in the World Art Foundations (WAF) Regional Partnerships Symposium: Belgium 2023. This marks the foundation's first participation in the event.
WAF acts as a hub for art foundations worldwide, with over 450 members as of 2023. Its aim is to strengthen networking practices globally while also recognizing the uniqueness of each member within the art scene. Through organizing conferences, roundtable discussions and member-focused initiatives, it acts as "a one-stop-shop" for private art foundations.
The WAF Regional Partnerships Symposium: Belgium 2023 is set to take place on May 9, 2023, in person at the Fondation Thalie. The one-day event will feature practical content, intimate networking, and expertise fostering. Topics to be discussed include "Celebrating Art Foundations' Unique Missions To Ensure A Sustainable Future," "Bit of Risks: Best Practices in terms of Insurance" and "Fostering Regional Partnerships For Impactful Global Outcomes."
The event will be conducted in an exclusive setting, providing an opportunity to reinforce existing connections and forge new partnerships with like-minded organizations. The Lewben Art Foundation's participation in the symposium reflects its commitment to the global art scene and the importance of collaboration in shaping its future.
