Robertas Narkus will be representing Lithuania at the 59th Venice Biennale
For the third time the Lewben Art Foundation will be supporting the Lithuanian pavilion at the Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art. By the decision of the Lithuanian Council for Culture in 2022 at the 59th Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art, Lithuania will be represented by the CAC – the Center for Contemporary Art, which will present the solo project of the artist Robertas Narkus “Gut Feeling”.

At the 57th Venice Biennale, the Lewben Art Foundation supported the Center for Contemporary Art, which presented Žilvinas Landzbergas’ installation "R", and at the 58th Venice Biennale, the Lewben Art Foundation was the partner of the Vilnius Academy of Arts, which represented the national pavilion. That year Lina Lapelytė, Vaiva Grainytė and Rugilė Barzdžiukaitė's opera-performance "Sun and Sea" won the prestigious "Golden Lion" award!
